SmartShare is based on Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services and its implementation will significantly improve the work processes and the team collaboration in every organization. Every team Web site has integrated modules for collaboration on documents, contact and task lists, possibility to create separate workspaces for online meetings and individual sub-sites. Only authorized by the site owner users can access the team site with unique user name and password.
The way SmartShare is offered is unique for Bulgaria – for the first time in the country BSH applies the widely used in the West Application Service Provider model. This model gives a chance to organizations of every size to have access to high-tech solution, which otherwise are available only for large corporations.
