BSH Ltd. developed a contract archiving functionality for VM Finance Group.
The archive uses standard SharePoint 2013 features and is deployed to the existing VMFG’s SharePoint infrastructure. The contracts are sent to a dedicated e-mail box and routed to specified SharePoint libraries and folders via Content Organizer. Depending on the permissions, the users can generate unique contract numbers and classify the contracts, entering detailed information about its start and end dates, subject, counterparties and physical location, etc. The contract archive is used by all companies in the group and provides high level of security, based on user permissions.
