BPMS – Business Performance Management System portal of Coca Cola Hellenic created by BSH was officially launched in January 2016. The portal provides SharePoint Online document collaboration space where review meetings documentation is shared with all involved parties. The portal structure corresponds to the CCH team organization specifics and ensures that each document library can be accessed with proper permissions only.
BSH developed an automatic upload app that serves as a tool for easy sharing of pre-generated meeting reports and ensures all necessary meeting information is available to all participants in time.
The portal search functionality is intuitive and easy to use, and saves user time for document finding.
