Adobe Open Options Transactional Licensing Program (TLP) is a volume licensing program for organizations that want to reduce software license unit costs and simplify license acquisition without committing to an agreement. This program is available worldwide and covers most Adobe desktop products. There are no membership requirements. For every eligible order of Adobe software licenses customers receive points. The discount level is based on the total point value of the transaction. The more points ordered in a single transaction, the better the discount. The TLP program is ideally suited to organizations that want to make easy, one-time purchases. Adobe Contractual Licensing Program (CLP)
Adobe Open Options Contractual Licensing Program (CLP) is a two year membership volume licensing program for larger organizations which provides a discount level based on the value of an initial order – but with no further order commitment beyond that initial order. Lower software costs through a discount level remains in effect for two years and may increase if orders exceed threshold for a higher discount level – customers qualify for a larger order discount than if they had made the same amount of orders individually over the next two years.
