.NET senior developer / Technical lead

Requirements:
 - 3+ years experience in developing commercial software applications, using Microsoft.NET Framework, Visual C# and ASP.NET
 - Experience in design and implementation of SQL Server 2000/2005 DB.
 - Knowledge of OOP, design patterns and software architectures.
 - Presentation and communication skills
 - Experience in research and implementation of new technologies.
 - Excellent command of English language (spoken and written)
 - Team player

Advantages:
 - Experience in any of the following Microsoft Enterprise Servers: MS Office Sharepoint Server, MS Biztalk Server, MS Commerce Server.
 - Microsoft certificates

Main Responsibilities:
 - Create and continuously update project documentation
 - Work together with the Project Manager on estimations, assignments of technical tasks
 - Create reports
 - Create solution design and software architecture
 - Participate in QA activities – code reviews, performance and load planning
 - Create prototypes and proof of concepts
 - Follow the company standards and working procedures
