Boril Karaivanov, Member of the Board of Directors
Boril is our Design Director, responsible for BSH's Graphic Design Studio.
Boril graduated with distinction from The National Academy of Art, the Department of Fine Arts, Sofia founded in 1896.
Boril recruits only with professional and cool young and talented designers who enjoy what they are doing for living and have fun along the way. He encourages creative problem solving and thinking outside the box, and reward creativity and innovation.
Although our Graphic Design Studio is facing rapid growth, Boril's aim is to keep the flexibility of working environment and to have reasonable balance between the rules and the freedom to support creativity and innovativeness of our designers.
Ianko Kostadinov, Member of the Board of Directors, Managing Director
As the company co–founder, Ianko has been working for BSH since its very inception.
Ianko graduated from University of National and World Economy, Faculty of Management and Informatics, Sofia — one of the biggest and oldest higher educational institutions of economics in the Republic of Bulgaria and South Eastern Europe with a history of over 80 years.
Ianko leads BSH's software development efforts, as well as international market operations and initiatives. His key responsibility is the delivery of company software services to customers within Europe and the United States. An excellent communicator, he fills the gap between different cultures.
Mitko Nestorov, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Founder of BSH Mitko focuses primarily on Business Strategy and Development of BSH.
Mitko graduated with distinction a Master’s degree in engineering from Czech Technical University Prague, Czech Republic — the oldest technical university in Central Europe, celebrated the 300th anniversary of its foundation on January 18th, 2007.
Mitko brings over 35 years of IT industry experience, he is an IT industry veteran with an extensive business and technical background, including decades of experience in IT entrepreneurship and senior positions with leading Bulgarian IT companies.
Mitko has an unique ability to forecast management trends in the IT industry and plan and build a scalable enterprise. Mitko's ambitious outlook on the future has ensured the BSH’s dynamic growth over the past 8 years.
Stefan Stoyanchev, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Managing Director
Stefan is responsible for BSH's Administrative, Finance and Software and Hardware Sales Departments. He developed all of BSH financial management procedures and continues to oversee them.
Stefan graduated from Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski”, Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, Department of Information Technologies. October 1st 1888 is the birthday of the Sofia University — the first school of higher education in Bulgaria, the largest and most prestigious educational and scientific center in Bulgaria.
Stefan contributes to company internal organization and growth. Along with strong managerial skills, Stefan brings to BSH his vast experience in team building and supervision, training and people management.
