BSH, in partnership with Microsoft Consulting Services Bulgaria, designed and developed a business critical knowledge management system for A1. The system is based on SharePoint 2010 and is used by almost all of the A1 employees – call center staff, shop consultants, etc. The system provides access to the vital information about tariff plans, pricing, mobile phone offers and promotions, marketing campaigns. Important part of it is the enhanced search engines that allow A1 employees to find quickly all needed data when they are requested by customers. The solution provides intuitive, easy to use engine to find and compare devices (mobile phones, TVs, USB devices and etc.), tariff plans and promotion that helps in sales process. As part of the solution all existing data and user access policies located in previous knowledge management system was migrated to SharePoint.
