online solution to support distribution channels and increase service level and
customer experience. The solution should be complied with all corporate policies for
security and reliability.
BSH developed Single-Sign-On solution providing
secure mechanism to incorporate the existing ING internal network applications
into the SharePoint 2013 based extranet portal. It provides all partners from all distribution channels
with variety of functionalities helping them to perform their daily tasks. The
portal offers access to customer
information and contract data, ensuring better client service. The Tasks module
allows its users to organize the tasks related to customer services and
meetings following the workflow and business process.
